Meet Rene' Shaw, spouse of Dr. Vance Shaw, Medical Director of High Point Clinic, HPC. Rene' currently services in the role of Executive Director, working at HPC since 2017.

Rene' has a Bachelors Degree from ETSU in Community Health with a minor in Sociology. She has an Associate's Degree in Radiology Technology from the Nave Paramedical School, also with ETSU. She is certified as a CT (Cat Scan) Technologist. Rene' has retired from working for almost 20 years within a hospital setting in the field of radiology.

"I was born in the beautiful mountains of Northeast TN and, like so many others, never left. It is my personal belief that the Smoky Mountain area is one of the most gorgeous places on the planet. I am married to Dr. Shaw, who has been my committed partner showing the ultimate in compassion to those who seek him for care or education. Together, we have two dogs, Luna (Catahoula Leopard, gifted by Van and Isol) and Mattie (Great Pyranese stray found), and a cat named Moolah (stray found). I love being home and outside, walking the property and enjoying the fresh air. At-home movies and grilling out on the deck are fun ways to spend a day in addition to spending time in solitude and meditation remembering my truth as a child of God.
