We will call you back to do a phone assessment and help schedule a new patient appointment if you qualify to receive treatment here at our clinic.

FEES

Beginning March of 2021 rates are decreasing to assist patients to have affordable treatment.  

As of 03.16.2023-these rates continue to be current

  • $160 new patient visit, to include $50 deposit

  • $80 weekly appointments

  • $300 monthly 

  • We do not take insurance at this time

  • We are not TN Care providers and therefore are not allowed to take TN Care recipients as patients

  • Please plan to pay with a bank card or a money order

  • We do not keep any medication on site. You will receive a prescription from the physician for Buprenorphine with Naloxone

  • We do NOT prescribe Subutex unless you have a positive pregnancy urine drug screen on site. If you are pregnant and suffer from opiate use disorder, we will individualize your treatment, teach you about your disease of addiction and how it affects your pregnancy  

  • You will have weekly visits for a minimum of at least three weeks. This is required through the TN Dept of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (TDMHSAS)

Please call the clinic in order to schedule a new patient Intake Interview conducted by our counselors.

2.

The clinic will provide a list of questions for you to answer to determine if our clinic is a right fit for you.

3.

Learn about the disease of addiction through an in-depth education which will increase your ability to understand addiction without the stigma, without opinion, but based on science.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your first day at High Point Clinic will require a few hours while we get to know each other. From our front office staff, through the case manager, to our counselors, and physicians, we look forward to taking care of you.

1.

Arrive at the time designated to you by the receptionist once you have been determined eligible as a good fit for our clinic to our 205 High Point Drive location in Johnson City, TN.

2.

Fill out questionnaires and personal information that will help us better understand your medical needs.

3.

Provide a urine drug screen (UDS).

4.

Review paperwork and discover what needs we can provide immediate resources for through a meeting with your case manager.

5.

Transition next door to 203 High Point Drive where our Medical Director, Dr. Vance Shaw and one of our counselors will further you through your clinic visit.

6.

Meet with your physician and therapist, where they will work to assess your specific needs, learn about you, and create a treatment plan.

7.

Follow-up appointment the following week for your next appointment. You will be able to listen to loads of education about addiction which will enlighten you!
