"As a therapist, my approach is to create an accepting and non-judgmental environment to allow growth and healing. I strive to empower clients to increase their self-worth, providing opportunities to develop awareness of the challenges they are facing, and gain new insights of a better path forward.
I have had the opportunity to live in various regions of the United States which has provided exposure to many diverse populations and cultures. I believe in the value of all people and their ability to create for themselves a fulfilling life despite their circumstances and past traumatic events."
